What Is Arcium (ARX)? Tokenomics, Unlocks and Holders

Arcium is a confidential computing network on Solana, where nodes run calculations on data that stays encrypted, and ARX is the token node operators stake to take part. On 27 October 2026, 20.88% of the 1 billion ARX was unlocked and ARX traded near $0.23.

Arcium wants to let blockchains and AI models compute on private data without anyone seeing that data, including the computers doing the work. It began as Elusiv, a Solana privacy app, and its ARX token started trading on 22 June 2026.

This page pairs what Arcium’s own pages say with what the Solana blockchain shows: who holds ARX, how much is locked, and how the price has moved since the first day.

How it works: what Arcium says it builds

Arcium calls itself a network for confidential computing. Data is split into encrypted pieces held by different nodes, which compute on the pieces together using multi-party computation (MPC). No single node ever sees the full input. Apps on Solana use it for private balances and transfers, dark pools that hide order flow, and AI work on private data.

The network is live in an early form. The home page shows “Mainnet Alpha”, and Arcium’s own blog announced that launch on 4 February 2026.

ARX has two jobs, per the tokenomics page. Node operators must stake ARX in proportion to the computing they offer, and holders who lock ARX vote on network decisions.

Computation fees are not paid in ARX; customers pay in the chain’s own token, such as SOL. Of each fee, 70% goes to the operators that did the work, 20% to recovery nodes and 10% to a network treasury.

Team, backers and funding

Yannik Schrade is a co-founder, quoted in that role when the project was still Elusiv.

Two funding rounds are on public record. In November 2022 Elusiv raised a $3.5 million seed round co-led by LongHash Ventures and Staking Facilities Ventures, per crypto.news. In May 2024 Arcium raised a $5.5 million strategic round led by Greenfield Capital, with Coinbase, Heartcore Capital, LongHash and others, and angels including Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko, per Odaily.

A community sale also ran on CoinList. That sale is the 2% Community Sale group in the table below, the only group with no lockup at all.

ARX tokenomics: supply, allocation and unlocks

Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 ARX. The tokenomics page says it has “no inflation mechanism, no dynamic minting”. The groups:

Group Share Vesting, per Arcium
Community Sale 2.0% fully liquid
Angels 5.6% 12-month cliff, 18 months linear
Early Backers 27.1% 12-month cliff, 24 months linear
Core Contributors 21.1% 12-month cliff, 27 months linear
Ecosystem and R&D 20.4% 42.8% at launch, then 12-month cliff, 42 months linear
Validators 5.3% 12-month cliff, 24 months linear
Community 18.5% 54.7% at launch, 3.164% at month 1, then 12-month cliff, 42 months linear

At launch 20.88% was unlocked, about 208.8 million ARX. The other 791.2 million were locked, and Arcium expects the full supply to be unlocked about four and a half years after launch, which points to late 2030.

The 12-month cliffs put the first big date around June 2027. The third-party tracker Tokenomics.com lists the next unlock on 22 June 2027: about 29.2 million ARX, 2.9% of supply, split among investor, insider and community groups, with monthly steps after it. That is its estimate from the launch day, not a figure Arcium publishes.

Older material describes a different design. A March 2025 article on the community round described a “dynamic” supply that would mint rewards when demand was low. The current page and the 2026 purplepaper both say fixed supply. Anyone reading older explainers should go by the current page.

On 27 October 2026, ARX had a market value of $47.6 million and a fully diluted value of $227.9 million, at $0.2279 (CoinMarketCap, 07:34 UTC).

Where ARX trades

ARX trades in 48 markets. Of the 24-hour volume CoinMarketCap counted, Bybit carried 14.47%, Bitget 13.92%, a PancakeSwap pool on BNB Chain 10.64%, LBank 7.13% and Bithumb’s Korean won market 5.66%. Coinbase lists an ARX/USD market, though its share was small.

Total volume was $6.29 million, about 0.13 times the market value. That spread across many venues is healthier than a token whose volume sits in one pool, but it is still a modest market for $47.6 million of tradable value.

ARX lives on Solana, with a copy on BNB Chain. The Solana mint is ARXwZkNAtzPfdcoqQiduJn8EPv9fKiDfGn2KyggyDrFs and the BNB Chain token is 0xd5f6ef5deabe61e6d5cdb49bfb6f156f2c1ca715, both printed on Arcium’s tokenomics page.

A worked example: $1,000 at the first close

ARX’s first day, 22 June 2026, ran from a $0.1299 open to a $0.4676 high, then closed at $0.2931. The next day’s close, $0.3280, is still its highest.

Say you bought $1,000 at that first close. That is about 3,412 ARX at $0.2931. By 15 August 2026 ARX had closed at $0.1077, 67.17% below its high close, and the stake was worth about $367.

By 26 October it had recovered to $0.2276, and 3,412 × $0.2276 is about $777. Bought at the 23 June high close, $1,000 would have become $694; bought at the 15 August low, $2,114.

The original data: who holds ARX and our vetting

Most ARX sits in vesting accounts, and the chain shows it. We asked a Solana node for the largest ARX accounts on 27 October. The largest held 271,186,666 ARX, 27.12% of supply. The second held 210,707,718, 21.07%. Together that is 48.19%.

Both are run by Magna, a token-vesting program. The owner of the largest account is an account of the program magnaSHyv8zzKJJmr8NSz5JXmtdGDTTFPEADmvNAwbj, which Magna’s own documents list as its Airlock vesting product.

The two balances match Arcium’s Early Backers (about 271.2 million) and Core Contributors (about 210.7 million) groups to the nearest 0.1 million ARX, the precision Arcium publishes. That match is our reading; no public label says so.

The ten largest accounts held 91.84%. Five of them are Magna-held. The Solana supply read 999,999,967.64 ARX, about 32 short of 1 billion, which we could not explain.

Line chart of the ARX daily close from June to October 2026, peaking near 33 cents on the second day, falling to about 11 cents in mid August, then recovering to near 23 cents.

The price has been flat for a month. ARX closed at $0.2267 on 26 September and $0.2276 on 26 October, a change of 0.42%. CoinGecko’s prices agree with CoinMarketCap’s to a median 0.13% across all 127 days.

When it fails: the risks we found

Four fifths of the supply is still to come. When the 12-month cliffs end around June 2027, early backers, contributors, angels and validators all start receiving tokens within days of each other. A market that absorbs $6.29 million a day may not absorb that calmly.

The launch-day high set the tone. ARX traded at $0.4676 within hours of opening and has not closed above $0.3280 since. A token that peaks on day one leaves many early buyers under water, and they tend to sell into any rally.

A low price does not mean a cheap network. At $0.2279, the fully diluted value is $227.9 million, 4.79 times the market value. Every comparison with other networks should use the full-supply figure.

The design has changed before. Older material described a dynamic supply; the current documents say fixed. A second change is not ruled out, and governance votes start later in 2026.

Copycat tokens use the Arcium name. On Solana, 4WYuqVZ58evthod31DQAVm44JktKtjSjuq3jCfk6VDMp and AGbetY9JZWmicB9ZVi5XM7Vb9uty8Sktn92iF4zsUsqG show up as “Arcium ARX” on DEX trackers with liquidity figures that look fake, and on Ethereum so does 0x74f4ceBe330a6626EA612131Ff65e65C8136267D. None is the project’s token. Other unrelated projects also use the ARX ticker.

FAQ

What does Arcium do?

It runs a network that computes on encrypted data, so apps can process private balances, orders or AI inputs without exposing them. It works with Solana first.

Is Arcium the same as Elusiv?

Yes. Elusiv was the project’s earlier name, when it was a privacy app on Solana; its 2022 seed round was raised under that name.

When do ARX tokens unlock?

Investor, contributor, angel and validator groups have 12-month cliffs from the 22 June 2026 launch, so the first large unlocks come around June 2027. Full unlock is expected about four and a half years after launch.

What is the ARX contract address?

On Solana, ARXwZkNAtzPfdcoqQiduJn8EPv9fKiDfGn2KyggyDrFs. On BNB Chain, 0xd5f6ef5deabe61e6d5cdb49bfb6f156f2c1ca715.

Arcium is built first for Solana, and the Solana page explains the network its apps run on. Like most new altcoins, ARX has a fully diluted value far above its market value; the market cap page shows how each is worked out.

Before sending money to any new token, read the guide on how to avoid a crypto scam. For a token with a similar cliff-heavy design, see the Cap profile.

The practical check

With most of a token still locked, the date the cliffs end matters more than the chart. Put that date in your calendar, and treat any position as something that may have to sit through it.
